Beef Bone Broth

Our beef bone broth is a concentrate made from grass-fed Australian and New Zealand beef bones, slow-cooked for 48 hours and then reduced. Stir a teaspoon or two into a mug of hot water for a warm drink, or add it to soups, stews, gravy, sauces and rice.

This collection brings together our beef bone broth in seven flavours: Original, Turmeric, Garlic & Herb and Mushroom, plus Lemon & Herb, Smokey BBQ and Mild Curry. The first four come in 260g, 350g or 375g bottles (25, 35 or 37 servings, depending on the flavour), and the three newer flavours come in 350g bottles with 35 servings. There are no fillers, additives or artificial preservatives, and no dyes or artificial colours. Once opened, a bottle keeps for up to six weeks in the fridge or freezer.

UK delivery is free, and we ship 7 days a week, so orders usually arrive in 3–5 days. If you don't like it, message us within 30 days for a full refund, with no need to send anything back.

Frequently asked questions

What is beef bone broth, and how is it different from beef stock?

Bone broth comes from simmering bones in water for a long time; ours are slow-cooked for 48 hours. Stock is usually made by simmering meat and vegetables. Ours is a beef bone broth concentrate, a thick liquid you stir into hot water or add to food.

Is beef broth the same as bone broth?

Ours is both. It is a beef broth made from simmered grass-fed beef bones and sold as a concentrate, so you add hot water instead of simmering bones yourself.

Is this the best bone broth to buy in the UK?

We cannot name a "best" for everyone, so here is what you can check. It is made from grass-fed Australian and New Zealand beef, slow-cooked for 48 hours, with 25 to 37 servings per bottle depending on size. There are no fillers, additives or artificial preservatives. Delivery is free, and refunds are covered for 30 days.

How much should I have?

A serving is a teaspoon or two stirred into a mug of hot water, and how many mugs you have is up to you. We do not set a daily amount for any health goal. If you have a medical condition or a dietary need, check the label and talk to your GP or pharmacist first.

Where does the beef come from?

Australia and New Zealand. It is grass-fed and hormone-free.

Are there fillers, additives or artificial preservatives?

There are no fillers, additives or artificial preservatives, and no dyes or artificial colours. The range is also sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, yeast-free and starch-free, and it is keto-friendly and paleo-friendly.

Is it quick to make?

Yes. Stir a teaspoon or two into a mug of hot water and it is ready within minutes. You can also use it in soups, stews, gravy, sauces and rice.

Which flavour should I choose?

New to bone broth? Original Beef is the simplest place to start. Turmeric tastes warmer, Garlic & Herb is the one we point to for cooking, and Mushroom has the deepest savoury flavour.

Why does it turn milky white when I mix it?

That is normal. The salt in the concentrate acts as a natural preservative, and it clouds the broth when it meets water.

How long does an opened bottle last?

Up to six weeks, kept in the fridge or freezer.

Is it suitable for babies or pets?

It is not suitable for babies because of the sodium. For cats and dogs, our FAQ suggests plain beef, mushroom or turmeric in small amounts. Garlic & Herb is not suitable for pets.

How long does delivery take?

Free UK delivery. We ship 7 days a week, and orders usually arrive in 3–5 days. You get tracking when your parcel leaves the warehouse.

What if I don't like it?

Message us with your order ID within 30 days and we will refund you in full. You do not need to send it back. You can reach us at care@bestbonebroth.com.
