You can buy bone broth in the UK from the big supermarkets, health food shops, online brands and Amazon.co.uk. If you'd rather make it yourself, beef bones from a butcher work too. Whichever you pick, read the label for the ingredients, the cook time, the format (liquid, concentrate or powder) and the servings per pack.

We make one of the online options below, Best Bone Broth.

Which UK supermarkets sell bone broth?

When we checked UK search results in November 2026, bone broth product pages came up on Tesco (2026), Ocado (2026), Marks & Spencer (2026) and Morrisons (2026). Ranges change, so search the supermarket's own site for "bone broth" before you go.

A supermarket suits you if you want broth with your weekly shop. On each product page, compare the format and the servings per pack.

Can I buy bone broth online?

Yes. Brands such as Borough Broth (2026) sell from their own websites, and so do we. Ocado lists Borough Broth too. Our Original Beef Bone Broth Concentrate - 375g (37 Servings) comes in a bottle, and orders from our own website have free UK delivery and arrive in up to 3-5 working days.

What should I look for when buying bone broth?

Five things to look for on the label or product page:

What to check What to look for
Ingredients list A short list is easier to read. Look it over for anything you'd rather avoid.
Cook time Whether the brand states how long the bones were cooked.
Format Liquid is ready to heat. A concentrate is mixed into hot water, a spoonful to a cup. A powder is dried and mixed with water.
Servings per pack Pack sizes differ, so compare servings per pack.
Storage How long it keeps once opened, and whether it needs the fridge.

What is Best Bone Broth's Original Beef?

We make a concentrate. It's made from 100% grass-fed cattle from Australia and New Zealand. The bones are slow-cooked for 48 hours, then concentrated. Original Beef is made from beef bones, and the only thing we add is evaporated sea salt.

A serving is 2 teaspoons (10g) stirred into a cup of hot water. Use 1 or 2 teaspoons to taste. The 375g bottle makes 37 servings. Unopened, it keeps for 12 months, so check the best-before date. Once opened, keep it in the fridge with the lid on and use it within 4-6 weeks. You can freeze it too.

Our co-founder Saul says: "Mostly a mug in the morning but I also use it for adding protein to my rice or as part of a stir-fry".
