How much concentrate do I use instead of beef stock?

Stir 2 teaspoons (10g) of concentrate into a cup of hot water for every cup of beef stock in the recipe. If the recipe wants two cups, double both.

A concentrate is bone broth that has been reduced down, so a small spoonful makes a full cup. Using 1 teaspoon gives a lighter cup and 2 gives a richer one. That is personal preference, so taste it and adjust.

Which flavour should I pick for cooking?

Pick Original Beef when the recipe has its own seasoning. It is made from beef and evaporated sea salt, and nothing else. Flavours such as Garlic & Herb, Turmeric and Mushroom bring their own taste, so they suit dishes where that taste belongs.
